I'd be willing to take a look at what you've got and edit creatively accordingly. I work as a marketing consultant to a Real Estate Investment firm in Chicago and have sent out many letters. you can e-mail me at [email protected].

Before sending anything out I would look at your ROI goals realistically as well as how and where you are obtaining the owners list.

happy hunting,
Josh

i think using your name as a .com is a great way to promote yourself in this business. it is cost effective and looks powerful on a business card; and as long as you have "Realtor®" or another indication of your occupation on the card clients will know what your site is about.

most agents in my office have a registered domain under their name and then redirect the domain to their page on our site. as the webmaster, this is also a great way to monitor who is bringing users to our site as their names show up in the analytics. i suggest registering a handful of domains, market each of them differently then monitor the results, change strategies, rinse and repeat.

Sincerely,
Rising Realty

ps. I know this is an old topics string, but I'm new here and love to talk about web marketing.

1st day here at BiggerPockets. I represent Rising Realty, a Real Estate Invesment firm in the Chicagoland area, interested in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Investments. You can Google "Rising Realty" to find our website and learn more about our agents and Broker. Along with topics regarding market trends and new property listings, I'm very interested in Marketing real estate in Chicago and around the country. What has worked for you? What hasn't? What advice do you have to help promote Brokerage activity? Agent activity? Listing activity? These are just some of the topics I will be searching for here at BP, as well as bringing up. Shoot me an reply and say hi. Message me, etc.

Thanks,
Rising Realty
