Hello there,

New to the forum here and looking to get into our first BRRRR long term rental. Looking for:


1. Any advice on locations that are good for long term rentals - Ideal locations close to me are Vegas and Arizona but open to Detroit or Northwest Indiana area as well.

2. Core 4 - Realtor, PM, General Contractor, Lender.


We have some home equity which we plan to use via HELOC. Looking for properties in the $90K - $120K range (2b, 1ba min)
