I'm glad you enjoyed our country. The South Island is beautiful. Here on the North, we don't have as many mountains, but it's a lot warmer. A lot warmer, it's almost a different country (so we like to think sometimes.)
I live in Wellington, the capital. All of my investments are based entirely on the North Island. I'm looking to invest in the South Island soon. It's not exactly "overseas" :wink: but that's why I'm here also, to learn more. Small steps.
I love our homeboy Rolf! I've never meet him, but he still calls himself a Wellingtonian, even though he lives in the States now. I maybe biased, but I'm a big fan his works.
Anyway, I'm really happy and humble you welcomed me personally. From what I've read here, you really are a master real estate investor. I hope to share and learn a lot from you and everyone here at Bigger Pockets.
