Hi all, Question. My first time using a Hard Money loan within my LLC. I have been paying interest payments for a little over a year, total roughly about $14k . Does borrower usually receive a 1098 for income tax filing purposes? I know in the conventional world we do receive a 1098 to show how much interest has been paid for the year.

Thanks for your help.

I heard a while ago in BP that some local bank offer a LOC in the amount up to or a good percentage of the deposited balance in the checking or saving account. Is this true? Do you know of which bank offer this program?

thanks

Hello. is there a site where we can purchase unlimited property profile or a preliminary report nationwide?  Thanks.

I think you should look into portfolio loan. There are lots of lenders on BP offering this kind of loan program. I am working with a lender offer great rate. PM me if you need their info.

Hi Tarik. Base on zestimate value, yes it should be at around 67% LTV...although zestimate is not a good tool for evaluation.

Caitlin, may be can try these guys at https://www.leveragecompanies....  I have not use them before. I actually looking for a portfolio lender myself for my 6 duplexes in Alvin, TX.

Hello
I have a proposition to buy my business partner's share. My partner and I own a portfolio of 6 duplexes in Alvin Texas. about 30 miles south of Houston. My partner is going through a divorce and court order to liquidate all asset, including these properties that we both own more than 8 years. I am looking for a private loan to buy my partner's share, perhaps a portfolio loan if that make sense. These properties are fully rented at approximately $550 to $650 a unit which is under market rate. There's management company already in place.  Thank you for the help or the referral.

Hello Daniel. does this property require any repairs? what are the comps in the area? is it vacant or occupied? please advise.

thanks

Hi. I have a deal in northern California that a local  title company cannot help on. The title is clouded by transferring privately between family members multiple times in the past. Now the original owner had deceased and their names still remain on title. Title company advise to get help from a real estate attorney. Please help or refer some attorney that specialized in this field. Greatly appreciated.
