Hi BP - just wanted to take a second to introduce myself. I'm a real estate agent based in Irvine, CA and an aspiring real estate investor! I've started studying up on real estate investing and am getting inspired by all the other members out there purchasing their first rental properties. @Mike Huerta in my opinion, you are not asking too much. I know from experience how important it is to act quickly in the California market. If you’ve lost 1 or 2 properties already that you wanted to put an offer in, I’d strongly suggest finding a new agent.
