What was the wholesale deal you made the most profit on, please explain in detail.

@Ned Carey ok that’s what I was thinking, thank you for the response it means a lot.

I have been researching wholesaling real estate for around 3 months now the only reason I haven’t taken action yet is because I am not 18, in my research I haven’t found a definite answer on what type of houses you should wholesale I understand it varies but I’m saying does the price of the house matter or is it just get any house under contract that you can make a profit on, I say this because I understand most of the people who would be cash buyers are investors that do fix and flips so they need to make a profit also so I can’t sell them on a 150k house unless the house can sell for a substantial amount more than 150k.

Thank you, I couldn't find a definite answer so i was just wondering if anyone in here knew. I did think you had to be 18 but I just wasn't sure. Appreciate the response best of luck to you as well.

So I am currently 17 and will not be 18 until April but I have been researching wholesaling for about 4 months now I have become obsessed with wholesaling and real estate in general but I cannot find somewhere that says you have to be 18 to put a house under contract anywhere so I thought it would be a good idea to see if anyone in here knows, thank you a response would be great.
