@Dan K. Condo conversion process is completed at the end of these projects. Even if you got plans and everything done you would not complete the process of converting till the end

@Dan K. @Alejandro B. You would not want to condo unless you are going to sell. It would significantly increase your taxes.

I would hold as a rental. That area is not ready yet to give you the proper returns. DM me if you want to connect.
