Im wondering what does everyone do for insurance? As in policy amounts? Im buying a 7 unit condo that has a hoa that includes the outside of the building insurance.  Whats the usual amount covered ?

So, I was wondering what everyone thought of this deal? 120,000 for a 2 family unit making 1675 (raising to market rent) . Would that be a good deal? To me that is 15% COC, and its 50% number is 347 after Mortgage.
