Thanks for the input Lew. I've educated myself on seller financing note buying both performing and non with books, website searching and courses. That money spent is very cheap for a quick education. I want to dive in and take it on but am a bit apprehensive because of the unknown and lack of experience which I'm sure most newbies are. 

Since '86 I'm sure the market has changed with what's been going on in the real estate market and different strategies are required to work the deals. It appears what they offer is a faster less bumpy way to more contacts and connections for both tapes and investors with anxious money looking to invest. Working out the notes would be my job, of course, with their advice along the way. 

Thanks again for your input as I appreciate the advice of seasoned investors in this business.

Just finished 2nd day of the Note School class. Last class tomorrow. They seem like they have a lot to offer as far as tapes, investor lists, training, tutoring, as Ken says, etc. Costs range from 17k to 36k. These are older posts above. Any new input, reviews, advice, etc?
