Typically single family luxury homes starting in the $300,000 price range is what I build. The market in my area is full of spec homes right now, somewhere around 1,000 new homes available between Green Bay and Appleton (only 30 miles), the hottest market, being around the $220,000 or less price range. I jumped in with another builder as an investor/broker and am trying my luck with a 15 unit luxury condominim development as well.
