Post: Snow removal recommendation?

Hello, I have a rental property in Kamm's Corners. Can anyone recommend a snow removal service? Open to someone who does full service lawn maintenance when spring comes, too.

It caught me off guard too, few months after closing on the property. I intentionally skipped the lead inspection when during the home inspection, too, so was worried.

There's financial assistance available to property owners, and the city has devoted a bunch of money to supporting property owners, too. This might help https://leadsafecle.org/landlo...

I passed mine recently. The tips I got from the inspector was to make sure you wipe down the window sils and similar things in the home. And if there's any paint chipping it's likely you fail automatically so cover those up.

@Jeremy Rodriguez I don't think it's a money grab. There's $5m+ in financial assistance to landlords from what I recall. Didn't realize it was a bi-annual thing though. Kind of a pain but if that means safe homes for kids, it's not a big deal to me.

I owner occupy a duplex in Kamm's Corner. My certification is due this quarter. The house is in good shape with various updates so I'm not too worried about it, but curious if anyone else has gone through the process yet and if there were any surprising headaches?

Hey Elias - I’m also a rookie investor and bought my first property in Cleveland last year. My reasons were mix of cash flow, price point, and familiarity with the area due to family. If you want to DM me I can brain dump on ya and answer any questions.
