I hear ya' brother, building a strong foundation is key. structure your plan for success and you'll do just fine. Intake as much knowledge as you can because remember knowledge is power. PB seems to be a great resource for networking, I'm new to the site and have already had a few of my questions answered which were a tremendous help... just keep pushing, settle for nothing less than being successful.

In hard sales companies usually have a basic script that their reps can use when calling prospects. Is it the same for real estate? are there specific things that you say or ask when speaking to a motivated seller or buyer to evaluate them?

My question is...

Do you need an LLC to Wholesale Real Estate? The reason i ask is because wholesaling real estate isn't necessarily flipping houses to my understanding. I'm a "newbie" as they say, and i'm learning as i go i could really use some advise.
