Hello,

I am looking for help on some comps in Texas. The information isn't required or public from what I can tell.

 I'm buying my mom's house and the appraiser took properties from a year ago... really shafting the value of the home which is bad since I'm looking at the gift of equity potential. If you are free could you help with comps for my mom's house? I can send the address if you are interested. Thank you if you can.
