Is there anyone out there that would like to enter into a joint venture flipping houses. My friend and I have been in the building and remodeling business for a long time . Our business is located in Lansing Michigan. He has been a License build for over 30 year's completed 4 flips , successfully. We hope to go from part time flipping to full time . We have lived in the area our entire lives , we have great discount on a lot of great products , we know the market and the neighborhoods .

We are looking for a long term partnership . You as the investor provide the cash , we do everything else. The profits are split 50/50 . There would be a lot of details involved to do this right . In anybody's  experience, what is the best way to go about finding a J-V partner when doing a deal such as this? There are multiple properties in my area that are going for 20K-30K needing minor cosmetic work that I'd like to be able to get into but I'm limited on capital at the moment and would like to get creative to make them work (if that's even an option for me)
