What's the fastest way to hands down, to find a house, fastest way to get under contract, then to wholesale it, and make a couple bucks. Yes, I'm extremely new to wholesaling. Really just looking for testimonials on how! Your exact tactics, your moves on what you did exactly to find it, get it, then flip it.

Are probate homes the easiest to get under contract from sellers when wholesaling?

I'm extremely new to this world, but very eager to learn, and be successful. I'm dedicated to learn the ins-outs of wholesaling, that's what direction I want to start in, then go on to rehab/flip, then to rentals. If there's anyone out there who can give me some direction or information I would greatly appreciate it.
