Thanks for the quick reply. I would say I probably only need someone on average once per week.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a handyman in Cleveland, Ohio. Someone to handle simple repairs. The person doesn’t need to handle bigger issues.

I charge a $250 non refundable fee per pet. The tenants seem to be fine paying it. I use it for steam cleaning carpets after move out.

I say buy it up and finance it.       I have a 2 unit home I bought for 45k and is no where near as nice as yours.      I get 1300/ month in Columbus.

Brandon

I love this product, great idea.    I agree with Mike H. If we could add some more fields such as who the loan is with and terms of the loan and when the loan is up.    Monthly taxes and insurance would be nice as well.     Thank you Rick

Hello.      I don't see that you are doing anything wrong.       It seems like it is just not a good cash flow project .      keep looking.         What do 3 bedroom single family's sell for down there ?

I am interested in hearing what you guys think about refi and pull cash out vs flip.      It seems like a refi makes more sense .    You hold you asset and get money to move on to another deal with a refi.

The flip seems like you are always chasing your money and never have a consistent flow of cash.

I am a new member of BP. I am interested in downloading the Portfolio tracker and it is not showing up when I search. What am I doing wrong. ?
