I recently finished my brand new construction home and I'm looking to rent it to corporate housing for 1 year. It's a 4 bed, 3.5 bath 2800 sqft home on .33 acres located 5 minutes from I-95 roughly 25-30 minutes outside of Philadelphia.

Any tips or strategies are appreciated! TIA!

My wife and I are in the process of building a new home that we originally planned on living in. I purchased a property 2.5 years ago with 1.34 acres, subdivided the land into 3 zones, and renovated and sold the existing home.

Since the process has taken close to three years, my wife and I are seriously considering relocating to a different state (PA to FL). However, I am concerned about the possible capital gain tax. I've heard several different theories (you can buy a property for $1 more and not have to pay tax and the 1031B exchange). I'm hoping someone can let me know some tax strategies if we were to sell and relocate.

Thank you!

Looking for opinions on renting to college students. I'm currently looking at a 4 bedroom single family home outside of a satellite campus. Nice area. Good or bad idea as a first time rental property? Thanks in advance
