Thanks @John B. Great advice.

Hey BP!

Still a newbie to the site and was wondering how the votes work in the forum? When should you give a vote and how do you earn them? Any info on this would be great.

@Rob L.

 Thanks for the advice! Are you doing any sort of refinancing to pull your rehab cost back out of the property or just leaving it behind and moving on to the next one?

Hey Everyone!

What would you do if you had the choice to buy a property with all cash (in order to make it cash flow each month) or not invest in your market (due to not finding deals that will cash flow)? I am in the north shore area of Massachusetts and finding deals that will cash flow with all the competition is very hard. Is all cash a option to consider for buy n hold? Is it risky? Should you pull your money out after the deal is finished? What are everyone's thoughts?

Hey BP!

I know one of the first major steps when getting into investing for buy and hold is to determine which market to invest in. How are people figuring out a solid market to invest in? What type of research or methods are they using? Please be specific if possible because this topic seems to stump me every time.

Thanks for the help as always!

Hey BP,

I'm currently living in the North Shore area of Massachusetts and I'm trying to get some input on which state would be best for buy and hold. I grew up in southern NH and love the area but currently in MA due to work. My question is what's some pros and cons about investing in NH or MA?

Thanks for the help!
