Hello everybody I am brand new and starting to wholesale in Mckinney Texas and the surrounding rural areas. I am currently having a web site built and some resources printed to used to meet clients. I am expect to be doing my marketing campaign in just a few weeks. I have been playing with listsource but I can not seem to figure out the best criteria to sort by. What have you had success with? what sorting criteria do you do? Thank you for your help. This web site has been a God send becuase honestly I have never branched off and tried to generate income away from a typical 9-5 job. I am absolutly terrified but I wont give up. I have made up my mind to succed even though I am shaking in my boots.

Hey Hattie! Thank you for the welcome. I've already had the opportunity to benefit from your knowledge on a previous post. Do you currently attend any meetings in the Dallas area?

I am so excited to get to network and maybe even meet a few of you from the Dallas area. I am now trying to learn as much as I can about wholesaling in my area. I hope to expand my real estate career in the future but my immediate goal is to become as efficient as I can in wholesaling. I am happily married and have two incredible kids (and one more on the way). In my younger years I had a career in music and did that for quite a while. While I still love to play I have dedicated my interest in real estate. I currently work for a major bank in the mortgage division. Been there for about 8 years now. I have recently had an epiphany of sorts about the direction of my career. I am working hard to have my own career in real estate for me, and more importantly my family. Can't wait to meet you guys!

hi guys. I am brand new in the wholesaling venture and I live in the greater Dallas area. I have done a lot of research on wholesaling and very excited about the possibilities. However I seen in various places about the legality of wholesaling in Dallas. I was wondering if there are any successful wholesalers in the Dallas area? If there are any specific hang ups in this market and maybe how you overcame them. Thank you so much for the taking the time out to answer some newbies questions. I don't take it lightly and it is very much appreciated.
