Hi All, thanks for the reply. The property would be located in Westchester County NY. It's a 3 family house and gross rents are about 6k/mo. Purchase price is $600k and ARV is $735k. My credit is 700+.. From what I can see the most I can cash out refi would be 75% correct?

Hi All, I am looking for a lender who will cash out refi more than the typical 70% LTV for a rental property. Can anyone recommend any lenders that will do 75-80% or more for a rental property? Thanks in advance! :)

Hi BP community! I am looking for an investor friendly real estate attorney as well as a title company in the Westchester, NY area. If anyone has any recommendations I would greatly appreciate it. :) Thanks again!

Hello again BP community!

I wanted to see if anyone has any experience/insight into the Providence RI rental market. I am looking into some multi family (2-3plex) in the city and there seems to be some decent deals out there but I wanted to see if anyone has any info on the general market and/or the tenant base and what to expect.

Hello BP community, I am new to the world of real-estate investing but I eager to get started. I will be graduating college this spring and have a stock portfolio of $30,000 that want to use for my first deal. I live in the Westchester NY area which I realize may not be ideal for my first investment especially with only $30,000 but I am interested to see if anyone may have some ideas of how and where to get started in this exciting journey. Ideally I would like to get started in small multi families and could be interested to an FHA loan under the right circumstance. Look forward to hearing from this awesome community!

Thanks in advance for any responses.

Best,

Richie
