Hi BP fam! I was wondering If there are any Real Estate meet ups that I can attend close to my area. I would love to sit down with real estate investors and just pick their brains and really learn the business. Let me know! Thanks

Hi My BP fam. I always come thru here with the newbie questions but hey if you do not ask questions how am i suppose to learn? So I Just had my property appraised 35k more than what I purchased it for. Is it that beneficial? if so why? And also how can i use this for my advantage on trying to turn around and get a second property asap?

Not sure how much sense this makes. Take it easy on me I am learning lol. Anyone's help and input would be greatly appreciated

Hi BP Fam! Quick and easy question.

May be a silly question.

Where can I find the history of how much Rent was going for year by year on a property?

I appreciate everyone's input and for the educational tips!

Hi BP! You guys are so informative so I wanted to ask a quick question.

Im getting ready to sign a contract for my first rental property.

The property is more so a Turn key property not much work has to be done.

My question is can the BRRRR process still be successful and how, if the property doesn't need to be repaired?

Whats up BP fam. I would really appreciate if someone can take the time step by step explain to me the steps that Im going to have to go thru being that an offer I put on a single family home (that im going to repair and rent) was accepted. Now what? I know, very green and newbish but i just would like to be ready and prepared rather then surprised and unaware.
