Thanks Josh for the link to the Real Estate Abbreviation page. MAO (Maximum Allowable Offer). This page is very helpful. I have added it to my favorites.

Hi Mike, thanks for the advise. Yes, this will be my first attendance with NationalREIA in Plymouth Meeting. Dont have a clue in what to expect. I will definitely have my notepad ready in taking notes and networking with investors. I will keep you posted.

It's nice to know that I have an investor in my general area. I have some experience in investing. I have one rental property, tenant occupied for the last two years generating a monthly positive cashflow of $230.00. The house was a total rehab. I am a student of the Short Sales Magic Program with Tom Butler in Pre-Forclosures.

Hi Josh, this forum is great. Yeah, I did have some small difficulties with this site in the beggining, however, I am a fast learner and I caught on quick. I got a response from an investor who may be interested in doing a deal with me. So I will let you know how that works out.

Thanks for the tip. I signed up on NationalREIA. They have a meeting the end of this month in Plymouth Meeting, 30 minutes away from my home. I plan on attending.

Yes, I plan on doing more investing in properties. Actually I am looking to partner with people in buying properties and splitting profits here in the Philadelphia, Delaware County area. I am taking a course in Pre-forclosure and beginning my marketing strategies with flyers and business cards. So hopefully this site will help me out a whole lot.

Hi everyone, my name is Josephine Parson, and I am newbie from Philadelphia, PA. I took an interest in real estate investing in 2006. I've been a homeowner for 14 years and in 2006, I purchased my first rental property generating a positive cashflow of $230.00 a month. My goal here at biggerpockets is to learn ways in finding great deals and partnering with investors in completing those deals. Ultimately, as time goes on, I will be learning to master the art of becoming an experienced real estate investor.
