Im pretty excited about my new business model. I was a power REO broker for a number of years until the state changed the foreclosure laws and banks changed the way they do business with REO brokers. Anyway, thanks for posting. Hopefully we can help each other out!

I've been in the business for 16 years. I'm primarily focusing now on investing instead of the traditional sales. I will still pursue sales but find that investing will generate more rewards in the long run. Any assistance, and or insight is greatly appreciated. I can always learn more!
