Hi,

I just watched the welcome video, they recommended to drop a quick intro email, so here it goes.  

I listen to a bunch of AM radio, and always here the LU ads, so in doing some diligence on them I found BiggerPockets, which I think is going to be a tremendous win for me.

I'm in the beginning stages of investigating if a multi family investment is something that makes sense for me, and I'd like to do it in the Dallas or surrounding counties. 

I welcome your suggestions/links to any existing forum threads, or whatever else is appropriate.
