@Garrett Maki

Thanks man, that’s great to know that there are other investors meeting up out there. It’s a little concerning how fast properties are going off market these days. I guess where there’s a will there’s a way.

@Kendal Lamb

Thanks for replying Kendal, we are in contact with a few realtors in Kalispell that support your advise. We are in the process of getting our taxes done in order to get pre-approved.

We are looking for a place to live with land and potential as well as properties we can BRRRR with our investors. Obviously we can't start one without the other so our primary home will be first and our business second. It sounds like you are familiar with our strategy and I'm guessing your an investor yourself? If you feel like you may have properties coming in that fits our requests it would be a pleasure doing business with you. The more distressed the property the better the BRRRR for us.

We're a family owned home remodeling business we're I am the contractor, my wife is the designer and our 2, 3 & 4 year old kids I'd say are the bosses to keep things polite. We were successful flipping our first house last year and would like to continue using the BRRRR method in Whitefish, Colombia falls & Kalispell areas in Flathead county MT where we intend to move. We are currently wrapping things up in Washington state, researching strategies as much as our time/kids allow and hope to move within the next few months. The reason I am writing this is because I'd like to connect with as many people out there as possible and review our options. I've been a contractor for many years mainly doing remodels and small additions with my wife running the design and materials side.

We’re growing, well let’s say our kids are growing(fast) therefore we must grow ourselves. We love the transformation from grime to shine and think we have a good shot at being successful with the right people around us. If you have any advise, contacts, recommendations, or even offers to do business with us please reply and let’s talk.

I’m looking at a possible tear down property on 7 acres in Salem Oregon zoned SA. I’ve been told by the home owner and my own resources that nothing can be done to re-zone this in order for me to build any new construction?

I’m hoping this is not the case and someone may of gone through this process or can give me any advise. I can give more info if needed, many thanks.

I own a remodeling business and have my general contractors license. I’m interested in flipping houses in Washington State with an investor and interested in how it all works?

House cost, materials cost, my labor, interest, capital gains etc. Very keen to figure this out and get started. Any advise is hugely appreciated.

@Matthew Paul

I really appreciate all this great advice, it’s definitely reinforcing my gut feeling.

What’s your thoughts on flipping houses and the market right now.

@Matthew Paul

Thanks Paul that’s great advise and think I’m pretty competitive with the market.

I guess what I meant to say was I’m turning potential customers down before I’ve even provided an estimate due to my current work load. I’ve been advised to consider being more of a general contractor managing subs instead of trying to do it all myself. I am a perfectionist though and managing other companies to work for my company stresses me out but something needs to change.

I’m also considering flipping houses depending on the market?

I may of forgotten to mention I also have 3 kids under the age 3 so I ain’t just busy with work.
