I am looking to acquire new tenants for my shopping center. I've been cold calling - which works too. I was just wondering if other ways. I've use sites like Craigslist, Loopnet, Costar, etc. I also have signs up. Do you have any ideas?

Does anyone have any other tips for getting new commercial leases in your retail center? I know cold calling is good and keeping in touch.
Do you send marketing information to their current spaces to get them to notice your center?

Thanks so much everyone! This definitely helped! I can figure out the financials on how many units I need to make a profit etc, but i have not learned my construction costs yet.

Has anyone done and inside like 3-4 stories self storage conversion before?

I am looking to build a mini storage, but I'm trying to estimate costs to build. Does anyone have any tips on estimation on 3 acres?
