I'm an out of state investor with 3 unit MF property in Allentown. My current PM has been a mess and am looking to change to someone more hands-on/responsive. 

Any recommendations/suggestions would be very appreciated.

I would prefer to do it at closing to avoid the transfer tax associated with moving it into the LLC post closing

Hi - I'm looking at a 3 unit property in Northeast PA that I would like to finance with a conventional MF mortgage. Can anyone connect me with a bank that would let me place the property into an LLC? Understand that I'm personally liable for the mortgage but want the protection of LLC from property liability.

I’m a NY-based multifamily investor looking for investment opportunities in New Orleans. Focused on duplexes and larger.

At this point I do not have any contacts in the area, would like to connect with any brokers or investors located in the area.

What do people think of Kingston vs. Wilks Barre? I understand that WB is a much larger city but would you consider Kingston a more attractive investment opportunity ? From what I’ve read /seen Kingston seems to slightly higher income, better schools, etc.
