After a year of mismanaged expectations, my property management and i have parted ways. They were hoping to just collect rent money without doing a single bit of management. I have decided to self-manage myself but still want to leverage out listing my rentals. I am looking for a leasing agent to list 3 properties for me in San Antonio MLS. I am an agent in Austin/SA area and am not looking for someone to list these and forget about them. i have been a BP fan for about a year now, however i am new to the forums . I am a realtor/ investor in Austin and would love to meet like minded people and network .
