Thanks For the honest feedback. A home next to me which I know had major foundation issues, reason I stayed away, was purchased by out of town investor and is now going to be a problem for someone as no foundation work had been done. These guys were cutting corners on everything and it was really sad to see the smoke and mirrors job that was performed on this project.

Thank you Melissa, I guess I am wondering how to find out which bank to engage. I know where the property is, not sure how to fund the lender to engage on the property.
