Hi BP Fam!

I am reaching out to get some advice, as I'm considering getting my mortgage loan officer license! Is there anyone here who would be willing to chat with me for a few minutes about a career as a MLO? I'm currently in accounting and would like to transition out and into the real estate industry. Would appreciate some time and advice.

Thank you in advance,

Rich

@Ryan Carneal ah! I assumed that was a list of properties who wanted their house bought cash. Thanks!

@Ryan Carneal thanks, Ryan! But where do I find the cash buyer feature on the site?

I just subscribed to Propstream. Does it have an option to call cash buyers or a cash buyers listing? I can't seem to find it. Please let me know. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, I am interested in buying property and have been for some time. With the prices getting out of hand and the uncertainty of the economy, is it better to forego buying property and invest in a REIT, such as Fundrise? Please let me know your thoughts.

@Alex Verdugo that's what I plan on doing, but wanted to get opinions first

@Kenneth Garrett thanks! It looks broken apart, but won't fully know until I arrive on Sunday

I am under contract for a property in the suburbs of Cleveland, OH and I am going for inspection this Sunday. I noticed in the photos that the driveway isn't the greatest and could definitely use a fix in the front half. It's driveable, but doesn't look great. Is the driveway a big deal for renters? Do I need to fix it and make it look super nice? How should I handle this situation?

Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone - I am looking to get into wholesaling as a way to learn about real estate and fund my investment purchases. Any recommendations for software to use when starting out? I am looking for cash buyers mostly and I am looking for CRM software to contact individuals while I am at my day job. Thanks in advance!

@Tom S. Hi Tom. Thanks a lot! Would be great if we could connect in greater detail. Can I message you to setup a time to chat?
