Hi Folks, Thanks for the responses.   While I do agree the best way to learn is to just do it, I don't agree with not having contacts in place before getting started.  I've owned and operated my welding business for 10 years now, and not having quality people in your corner, such as an accountant, can be pretty costly.  I want to know who I'm calling before I need to call them.

All that being said, Hai Loc thank you for the offer, I'm in the Winchester area.  For now, I'm staying close to home, so about a 150 km radius.  I'm looking to do flips to raise a safety cushion for when I start buying rentals.

Chris, I agree, there are many of these people around.  I think the hard part is finding the good ones, so if you have quality contacts for me, they would be most appreciated, thank you.
