What’s y’all take on Renatus? Has anybody seen any value from it or is it just as I’ve seen in the sense of it’s a pyramid scheme and not worth the money?

All the reviews that I’ve seen has been that it’s more talk then action with them

What’s y’all take on Renatus? I’m getting heavy pyramid scheme vibes from it..(even though I did visit it and thought the info was invaluable..) despite the fact that I looked up some reviews online and damn near each review I’ve seen is that it’s not worth the money. I haven’t seen anything positive (which is fine), but is it just that? The fact that it’s a pyramid scheme and that I could find all the info they giving through various other ways?

I’m asking because I’ve already spent a nice amount on education, books, mentors, and courses, for this investing side, never mind the fact I’m a realtor. So at this point it wouldn’t necessarily be necessary for my to have it, since I probably all ready have access to the info they giving out

Anybody here who work with kale or Keller Williams realty? And what’s been your experience there as an investor? Because I’m torn between which I should join between them after recently passing the exam. I like what I talked with Kale about and I’m not only liking what I’ve read about Keller Williams, but I’ve come across a few successful agents and they’ve majority been with KW..

So if anybody work with them, how has it been for you?

Appreciated

@Eric Michaels

P. S. What brokerage do you work for? And because your brokerage has a 100% payout I’m assuming that means theres no training?

@Eric Michaels

Thanks Eric, no I wasn’t saying I wanted help or was looking for training on how to wholesale; I’m good on that front. I’m more so looking for an agency or firm that to use my license with. My wholesaling would be my own independent thing and have nothing to do with the agency. Where is your friend’s info who was wholesaler friendly again?

Richard

What’s up everybody, I this past season, came across real estate investing and now due to the new law passed here in IL looking to finish school to pass the state exam. So my question is, what would you guys recommend as far as agencies is concerned to work for in Chicago? I’m still looking to wholesale and would like some training, but majority of my commission. What would be some of you guys suggestions? I’m all ears and want to know it all, as it is I’ve done quite the extensive research on my own..thanks in advance!
