I'm currently 100% RE Investor and I got my license the other day and put it in "inactive status" deciding what to do. I was thinking about selling Commercial RE, however; I can't afford to do it because the investment business is more lucrative and I don't want to spend the time to BUILD an agent business. Another reason I got my license as an investor was so I could join MLS and benefit from tools that Agents have at their fingertips and also so I can view properties without having to call an agent. The problem I am having though is finding a Broker that will let me go "active" for my purposes only and not selling RE for them. I have a good agent that I've used awhile and he earns his commission totally and I don't wish to give him up even if I do go "active". He finds me great deals. So, my question: Is there a broker friendly site or other that will charge me a flat fee just so I can get what I am wanting = MLS Access/tools/ability to view properties myself since I'll be an active RE Agent - and the broker will not care that I am not wanting to generate commissions?
