Hey Bp,

I’ve recently joined BP a couple months ago and I’ve listened to the podcast read countless forums and now I feel ready to network. I just recently bought my first home in Wilmington Delaware last November and man can I tell you it’s been a blessing. Currently I am trying to learn and earn. With majority of my free time I dedicate it to my demo and restoration business. If there as anyone in the Philly , Delaware and New Jersey area that would like to network it would be a blessing and I hope that we can be if it from each other as we all have a common goal of becoming finically free.

Also too for any investor out there how hard was it to get into REI after you bought your first property?

Pros and cons for investing out of state,

So I have been following the market lately and the tri-state area that I’ live around does not have that much cash flow around me unless you can really find an awesome deal. I love in Delaware so my tri-state is Philly and Jersey , Ohio seems to be doing great so I guess what I’m trying to say is there good that comes with investing out of state as a beginner.

I am a firm believer In DIY work whenever need be.Now at 25, I have just purchased my first home and I own two cars and now I would like to jump into the real estate business. I live in Wilmington Delaware and I would love to network with whoever is in the atrium-State area. I have a very dedicated team for Demo work and cleanup as this is our strong suit. If there are any investors in the Tri-State area please leave a message or reply.
