Hi im a new investor trying to do comps from another country, how can I find the necessary data I need, not being boots on the ground? Can I do it online? if yes, how?

Answer to Andrew Davis: Yes I do plan to wholesale while in Canada. Florida and most other parts of the U.S is far for me to reach and I work 60 hours 6 days a week every week, so until i can quit my job I'll need to manage from afar.

Lynn thank you for the offer, I would most definitely take you up on your offer, thank you! If possible Id like to have properties I can wholesale. Any neighborhood will do. I am looking for single family homes in ares with high sale volume such as, Sold in 30-60 days. Also some comps of similar properties for the A.R.V

Unfortunately until I learn the specifics and terms to get my ideas across that's the best I can vocalize.

Hello everyone! My name is Richard, I am 22 and I'm from Ontario, Canada. I do not have much experience in investing as it is something I want to learn, however I did grow up in rehab projects which is my experience in real estate up to date. I am starting as a whole-seller in Florida to build equity where I will then move to Rehab projects! My goal in real estate is to become financially free so that I can take care of my family and to build a strong team who wants to make money together and help others in need. (Not in an altruistic sense, but for those who work for the betterment of their lives.) <- An example of what i would like to accomplish in real estate after having enough for my family is to have awards/rewards every year like a free home or free reno for the team members like contractors who work with me. I joined biggerpockets wanting to learn about investing and build relationships, friendships and join fantastic like minded individuals such as yourselves.
