Just wondering how much credit score plays a part in REI?

I have a credit score hovering around 600 to 650 with only 1 ding on my report (a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy in 2012), but I have been turned down for preapproval with 3 different lenders.

Any advice, tips, and discussion would be appreciated.

Thank you.

@Joey Hamaoui

would you mind putting me on your MLS emailer, if I find something I like I would like for you to write up the offer

What @John Thedford is telling you is the truth, so don't sell property don't advertise that you are selling the property, offer your position on the contract for a finders fee.

if you don't like that, you could also place a property under contract with a weasel clause stating that you will close when you find financing, and just be upfront with the sellers letting them know what your doing and do a double close.

p.s. Talk to an attorney just to keep ya out of courtroom, but there are ways to do this takes a lot of work and maneuvering

good luck comes to those who put in hard work

you must have heat no matter what time of year, but you can buy a cheap wall unit till you have a good GC take a look. in fl they don't have to pay rents till they have all life necessity

Mayport is ya best place, navy families, better rent and you have some recourse for damages
