@gerald , i live in Houston ,Tx , did you sell the house ? i am going over there in 3 weeks, bought 2 SFH and closing on 3rd one next month , why are you selling ?

@Luke , thanks for the info , closed on 2 SFH and headed to Lawton in about 3 weeks , to renovate and get rent ready , not sure how the rental market looks due to Covid ? any input would be greatly appreciated , also have two projects going on here in Houston ,Tx ( flip and sell )

here  in Houston  , Tx , the mayor just opened a website to help tenants pay their rent for 2 months  , up to $ 1,000  / month  , only in Houston City limits  , for landlords and apt owners  to get paid  , good deal, but the money is gonna run out real quick.  my rentals are not in city limits , but they are all paid up  ,

@Cory S. , any advice would be appreciated on out of state investment SFH , i just got under contract for 3 in OK , any tips ? all my current properties are about 30m away from my residence , 1st timer out state ....thanks
