I’m already in the market hah

Hi all, anyone know any cash out refi lender that would be able to refi under 6 months for the state of Indiana or have recommendations that require 6m?  House just finished rehab and about to get rented out this week.   Any help would be appreciated!

Are you able to use another HML after you used one for the previous deal but haven't paid back yet assuming waiting for cash out refi to pay back the first one

Hey Cole, Welcome to Biggerpockets! I'm also getting started as well. I had a deal that fell out of contract. If I were you, start going to your local REIA and start networking. Who knows who you'll be in touch with by attending. Were you looking to invest in the Detroit area specifically? I'm interested in that market. Any input would greatly be appreciate it.
