Many years ago when I was doing flips, I had access to a list of all of the foreclosure sales at the courthouse steps for Jackson and Clay county. Does this list still exist? How do I get access to it?

I have some experience with real estate and conventional lending, but have never used Hard Money for a flip or buy and hold. What are some questions that I should be asking potential Hard Money lenders in my area?
