I see your from Australia we have some other Aussie investors over in our neck of the woods. Actually I think reading that guide is why @Federico Gutierrez moved from Australia to Cleveland. @Engelo Rumora might have tried moving to Cleveland but I guess he was bad with directions because he ended up over in Toledo. ; )
