Hi Andy, I'm from Lake Villa, IL (just east of Fox lake). In fact, I've played in a band at Flatlanders many times. At any rate, I'm new to this board and to the game. Although I have been watching the renters market out here for a long time. Good luck to you...maybe I'll see you at an REI meeting some day.

My name is Rich, and I'd like to become just that.

I'm looking to start small with a 4-5 unit building in central Wisconsin, I will be moving there this year. I'm doing as much reading as I can..in fact my eyes hurt from reading so much on this forum. Thank you for all the information.

By doing as much research as I can and surrounding myself with excellent resources (this part is complete!), I hope to get started off on the right foot.
