Hi, a few partners and I are going to hire our first VA and would like this VA to handle our outbound marketing. I'm having a hard time deciding if the VA should only do cold calls to our outbound leads or handle SMS messages and online form submissions all at the same time. Should I have the VA do cold calls only for now and have future VAs handle SMS and forms or should EACH VA handle all at the same time together at their own pace? Any kind of advice is appreciated.

Hi i was wondering how can i safely use SMS and RVM for outbound marketing for contacting motivated seller lists and also stay compliant with laws.

When paying a bird dog should I have an agreement or simply keep my word? If I should have an agreement what should I put in the agreement?

I am trying to get my first deal and am also trying to create a good marketing/follow up sequence. I was thinking RVM first then SMS then cold call.

If I want to wholesale a deal where the best buyer is a retail buyer can I post it on the mls with a FSBO for a flat fee OR a real estate agent If my intent is to use transactional funding. Since I cant market it on the mls if i was to assign the contract i figured using transactional funding would work since i am technically buying the property.
