@Andrew Hogan , Agreed. The process is night and day from single family, duplexes etc…

@Evan Polaski, I am looking to purchase 50+ units. Is it safe to say that Banks won’t qualify you if you don’t have experience in closing deals that size? And no I will not rely on them to do most of the ground work. We can work together simultaneously in every aspect to get the deal done. The reason why I mentioned “sponsor” in my previous posts is based on the question above.

Hey @John Casmon, I’ve been investing in South Florida. I’m looking to expand to markets like NC,SC,TN and any emerging markets in the South East region. Also, I’m looking for both. From what I’ve learned so far, it’s smarter to do it this way vs attempting to do it alone especially when trying to qualify for a loan with limited amount of experience in large multi-family acquisitions.

6 year investor in real estate. Looking to scale my portfolio from single family & duplexes to larger multi-family. Not looking to raise capital from multiple investors, just trying to connect with an experienced sponsor/partner to help with my next deal.

I am in a similar situation myself. I’d love to partner on a deal, if it makes sense obviously. Scouting the Midwest to Southeast region right now
