I am in need of a lawyer to help form my LLC. I have looked into LegalZoom and BizFilings. I want to establish my real estate investing business in Orlando Florida.

Can anyone help refer me to a lawyer that has reasonable prices and a quick turn around. Also is knowledgeable on if I need an occupational license with the county and/or city as well.

Hello I live in Orlando FL. I see short sales properties on the MLS and wonder what the process is to purchase a short sale, rehab and flip it? Do banks allow you to purchase a short sale with hard money? Is there a holding period in which you are not allowed to resell it? If a bank is asking for cash, are they open to negotiating price? Overall, is it worth trying to flip a short sale?

@Brent Coombs hey there. Thank you for that advice. When I changed the vacancy rate and began to read about the community I began to be skeptical of this being a good investment. My goal is to buy my first property within a year. Until then I'm going to keep doing the math and learning. Thank you.
