@Mark Reitman ok cool. I’ve heard stories of title companies not being investor friendly or being unwilling to work with wholesellers. I just wanted to be sure old republican wasn’t one of them

Has anyone actually tried Jerry Norton’s aka Flipster’s 10k club program? I’m STRONGLY considering it but has anyone actually gotten a deal approved and paid using his program? And if not did you really get your $1000 deposit back?
