Yes,

It's frustrating me being the buyer . This property was gutted and rehab 3 years ago, interior, electrical, roof everything. The seller is questioning the inspection triggers since the village approved all this codes 3 years ago .

Thank you guys I will use this for the next property. Unfortunately I had to stop the deal . The seller didn’t want to vacant the property up until the closing . Based on the time I went to see the property the tenants were not the ideal I would’ve like to rent for if I was the owner . And as well they were leaving in the floor I was planning on using for me . 

Deal fell off I will keep searching .

I will il use this inspectors

190k 5k credit 

UNIT 1- 2 bedroom $1000 currently 

UNIT 2--2 bedroom 1250 currently

Garage $250 

(has a lot potential to remodel and increase)

Amazing garage with washroom in bottom floor with stairs going up to second floor. Looks like it was in the process of being remodel a 2 floor 3car garage with bedrooms on top.

Looking for good inspector any recommendations and advice on my first purchase I think I ran the numbers good for my 1st investment.

Buying with fha. 

Buying and holding
