@Jory Sturdevant

I Own a 2flat in Chicago and did a cash out Refinance at 75% LTV. I used guaranteed rates. I did start the process early and it took a while to close but you can try to give them a call. I can send you the loan officers information and he can let you know if it's possible. The 2 flat i refinanced is my primary residence as well so that might be why I was able to get 75% LTV.

Best of luck and let me know if you want the LO information.

@John Warren thanks for you mind sending me his/her information?

Had a guest refuse to check out from my AirBnB. AirBnB advises us to call the police but since the guest stayed for 2 months they have tenant rights.

Any recommendations for an attorney that can help with an eviction in Chicago, IL.

Thanks!

@Chris Pauli I don’t see why not. At the end of the day if you find an agent that has investors as clients, he might know more people that he can introduce you to like Property management, Handyman, contractors etc. Also your still using your friends agent to sell so that’s one transaction. Your still giving him/her 50% of your business. Just my opinion.
