Hello BP,

Before I go down the rabbits "whole" on researching how to get this done I thought Id ask the more experienced members for some insight. How would I go about tracking down the heirs of recent obituaries? Ancestry.com or third party sight like that? I know it can be done and I am willing to do the leg work. Looking forward to the responses. Thanks in advance.

went to my probate office asking for the last 3 months of houses in probate which they resonded with they cannot produce such a list.....

what should i be asking?

So I bought a list off the web and sent out a mailer. Decided you know what I am going to go knock on some of these doors and get directly to the source. Turns out I might not have chosen the best list, I thought it was a good call but ill let you guys make that call if you dont mind.

All supposedly owner occupied....

Does anyone know of a place or are willing to share a basic questionnaire to use to screen potential wholesale deals? I've looked around at the downloadable files and couldn't find anything. Of course, once I get the hang of it I will tailor it to my specific style and market, I just need a good strting point. Thanks in advance.
