@David Bitton Any future plans to have a website integration where I can list vacancies like Appfolio? Not syndication to other websites but our own personal website?

Thanks

Hey Tadd, yes, it's actually in beta right now. We will likely roll it out to all clients in the next few weeks after testing is complete.

If you're interested in being one of the first beta testers and giving us feedback, please DM me here and I will set you up.

Speak soon!

Hi David. That sounds great. DM sent

I personally open Escrow when I have the Contract and the Assignment Contract in hand and submit both at the same time.

Also as far as Investor Friendly Title Companys I would try Chicago Title and Orange Coast Title, if you have it. I live an hr 1/2 away from SD and have used them both. Again, there are a lot out there, pick up the phone and make some calls.

He told me to go to www.lecoplastics.com
(I cant remember if we can post links - BUT I am not affiliated with these guys, just trying to save us investors some cash)

He used to sell me the 50lb ones which I liked because they were easier to thread. But after using the HD ones I think the 175 lb ones are harder for kids to rip down etc. Anyway I got a box of 500 for 72 bucks. where a pack of 20 at HD costs 10-12.

Great deal on these.

Awesome! Thanx

Hmm I myself have always used Zip Ties and have never heard about any black adhesive. Curious about this as well. Anyone?

While you can join for 10 days for a buck then cancel, I encourage you to stay on because I'm always adding relevant content to today's market on the site. Thanks for the kind words Rian, glad we could help out. I'm also a big fan of BP there is a ton of great info. here. I'm here on BP to help others out by putting in my 2 cents, I remember when I first started out, I needed a lot of help and others gave me a hand.

Hope this helps...

Joe,
don't get me wrong. At the time if i could have afforded it i would have signed up. However i never saw any new videos getting uploaded even tho it claims to upload them daily, or weekly, cant remember. Wasn't sure if being a trial user i didn't have access to new stuff or for some reason they had nothing to add. Regardless it was a great site and i recommend.

PS.. Was not aware your were associated with the site. Do you post videos? and if so what were your topics?

To be honest REIwired was a great site for me to get started. Had a lot of videos and different info and helped a ton to get me started. They also have Contracts and other documents as well as downloadable training vids. I would never pay $97 a month. I signed up for $1 10 day trial and canceled it with no problem. 10 days was plenty of time to get what you need and be happy.

Then again this was before i found BP :)

I would have to agree with Bryan on this one. Altho Bandit signs bring in a lot of traffic in phone calls your yellow letters will actually bring you quality leads and actual deals.

Bryan I'm curious on what you consider " VERY low" and why you prefer letters over postcards, if you don't mind.
