I am going to add a living room to my house and just got the owner permit in CA. Does any one know if I do the general contractor job what kind of insurance I should get? Thanks.

Really great post and so informational. I am a rental property owner and am developing a mobile app for rental property owners. I want to make it simple, free and works on the go. I have been on excel too but it is really not that convenient. I have researched top 20 software out there and none seems to meet my needs either. If you are interested in providing any info about your desired features, please contact me or work with me, I'd really appreciate it!
